There are many questions at the start of any project and hopefully our Process page will give you a good outline of how most projects unfold. Here are a few common questions we receive but if you have any more please Contact us.



“How long will my shop be closed for” ?

Normally 3 - 6 days depending on the scale of re-fit, but this varies considerably with each project. However, closure is always kept to the minimum as most of the work constructed off site prior to refurbishment

“What will it Cost” ?

It varies from shop to shop. We offer a fixed price at the start of the project for the agreed work. There are no hidden or additional costs (unless you add to your initial requirement).

“I don't require a full shop fit, do you make individual items for purchase” ?

Yes but each item is custom made, so you will need to call or email with your requirement. We will then produce drawings and a quotation for your approval.

“Do you offer a design service” ?

Yes, free of charge.

“Do you only cover the Dorset area” ?

Everybody has to be based somewhere ! but we do cover all of the UK.

“What materials do you use” ?

Just about anything ! Solid wood, panel products, metal, glass and plastics. We, however, are conscious of our environmental commitment and try to reduce significant impacts of any materials we use. For example, the use of solvent free adhesives, low VOC (volatile organic compound) paints and natural woods that are taken from well managed forests and sustainable sources.
