Dodson Shop Fitters follow a simple process from start to finish to ensure the fitting or refurbisment of your business is made as easy as possible:

Contact Dodson Shop Fitters When making contact with DSF we will ask for a brief outline of your requirement and ideas that you may have.
Meet We will then normally arrange to meet at your current (or future) premises on a mutually agreeable date. Here we will take measurements, photographs and discuss in depth ideas and suggest solutions.
Provide Plans and Quotation Following the meeting, DSF will provide detailed scale floor plans and if necessary 3D artist impressions. DSF will also provide a schedule of works and a fixed price quotation that is guarenteed not to change unless additional works are requested.
Diary Dates If no amendments are required a date is identified for works to commence.
Contract & Deposit A simple ‘plain English’ (with no small print !) contract is signed and deposit paid. Once the deposit has cleared, materials can be ordered and work commences. It is usual for a lead time of between 4 to 6 weeks to allow for delivery of goods and construction of shop furniture to be completed. However this period can be shortened depending on the scale of works.
Until the contract is signed you are under no obligation to commission DSF as design advice and plans are free.
Work Off Site Prior to commencing work on site DSF will periodically contact you by phone, email or in person to report progress or discuss specific aspects of the project. As much work as possible is completed off site in order to minimise any loss of trading whilst your shop is closed for improvements. Arrangements will be made for access to the premises and if requested Risk Assessments and Method Statements will be provided.
Work On Site DSF will commence the project as per a schedule of works and complete within a given schedule.
Final Payment Once works are complete to your satisfaction the final payment is made.
